Dr. Athar Mansoor is a distinguished public policy expert and academic researcher currently serving as a Research Associate at the Institute for Manufacturing at the University of Cambridge, as well as the Chief Strategy Officer at Enrichers Investment Group. Prior to his current roles, he spent nearly 25 years as a civil servant in the Government of Pakistan, holding key positions such as Deputy Director of Skills Development at the Prime Minister’s Office and teaching at the National School of Public Policy. He holds a remarkable educational portfolio that includes a PhD in Public Policy from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, alongside master’s degrees from the National University of Singapore, the University of Sydney, and Michigan State University. His research focuses heavily on international innovation policies, the adoption of frontier technologies, digital government, and the economic impact of research and development spending across major Asian financial centers.
